It’s been a
long, tough season for the current last five in the Premier League table. It
seems the relegation battle will only get its result in the last game of the
season. This is the turning point of the season and anything can happen. History is in the making. Here are the possible contenders for it with our predictions.
16th Wigan’s ups and downs this season has now
taken them just above the relegation zone. It can be called a magic from
Roberto Martinez as they have defeated
the big guns Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal in recent weeks. They may
survive the battle observing their current form.

17th QPR has been alternately winning games in
last six fixtures. They face Chelsea, Stoke and Man City in their next three

18th Bolton, one of the relegation threatened
team, were expected to be out of it at the start of the season reviewing their
performances at the end of last season. But manager Owen Coyle has been unable
to make sure that they will be in the 1st tier next season. They
have played good football throughout the season but has been unable to produce
results at much needed time. They still have 5 games to go, compared with other’s

19th Blackburn’s season has been full of
controversies regarding the owners and the manager. Few months ago the fans
wanted the manager out, but now they are after the owners too. With just three
games remaining they are among the top three of probable contenders for
relegation.

20th Wolves are nearly sure to be in the
Championship next season observing their performances in the past few weeks. With
Mick McCarthy sacked in the middle of the season, caretaker manager Terry
Connor has not been able to win a game since 12th February.
