16th Wigan’s ups and downs this season has now taken them just above the relegation zone. It can be called a magic from Roberto Martinez  as they have defeated the big guns Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal in recent weeks. They may survive the battle observing their current form.

Remaining Fixtures: Newcastle(H). Blackburn(A), Wolves(H)
Possibility of getting 4 points to take them from 34 to 38.

Remaining Fixtures: Chelsea(A), Stoke(H), Man City(A)
Possibility of getting 3 points to take them from 34 to 37.

18th Bolton, one of the relegation threatened team, were expected to be out of it at the start of the season reviewing their performances at the end of last season. But manager Owen Coyle has been unable to make sure that they will be in the 1st tier next season. They have played good football throughout the season but has been unable to produce results at much needed time. They still have 5 games to go, compared with other’s 3. Let’s see what Owen Coyle can make up with his team to survive the threat.
